Dressed in a grey body-con dress, Emily, 20, gave a wry smile at photographers who snapped them as they disembarked from their people carrier.
But a stern-looking Kieron didn't look so amused to have been rumbled.
A spokesman for Emily told MailOnline: 'They are good friends and they went out for a drink with a crowd of people after the National Television Awards.'

Last week fans of the ITV show Dancing On Ice saw him take to the ice for the first time as the male contestants took their first bow.
He made an impressive start with 17.5 points (out of 30), with mentor Christopher Dean labelling him the 'dark horse' of the contest.
But acid-tongued judge Jason Gardiner was not interested: 'Good energy, very misdirected. I didn't feel a connection with your partner.'
The previous week Emily got off to lacklustre start only managing to score 11 points.

As well as her acting credentials, her other claim to fame is being Sir Paul McCartney's second cousin through her mother's side of the family.
It could make for some interesting behind-the-scenes with fellow contestant Heather Mills - Macca's infamous ex.
