Has sunburnt Sarah Harding not heard about Nicola Roberts's safe tanning campaign?
They may be bandmates, but it seems that Girls Aloud stars Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding could do with a catch-up.
While Nicola is heading a campaign to encourage girls to tan safely, her friend is looking decidedly sunburnt.
Sarah and boyfriend Tom Crane have been sunning themselves with a group of friends in Barbados.
But while they have made an effort to protect their skin, applying layers of sunscreen, it seems their efforts have fallen short.
Sarah, 28, showed red shoulders and legs as she hit the beach in a white bikini today.
And her DJ boyfriend looked even worse, with his shoulders decidedly scarlet.
Meanwhile Nicola, 24, has highlighted the pressure of unsafe tanning in a new TV documentary, The Truth About Tanning.
And earlier this month the red-head appeared alongside Health Secretary Andy Burnham, who gave the Government’s backing to a new parliamentary bill for tanning salons to be banned from allowing under-18s to use sun beds.

Whoops! Now we know what's Holden Amanda in... a pair of Spanx
After flashing her enviable bottom in her new TV show Amanda Holden's Fantasy Lives last week, you wouldn't think Amanda Holden would need any support.
But as she arrived at the Britain's Got Talent auditions in Birmingham today, the actress unwittingly flashed her control pants.
Looking svelte and toned in a fuchsia mini-dress, the 38-year-old didn't realise her hemline had caught on her Spanx pants, exposing them to photographers as she stepped out of her car at the city's Hippodrome.
Holden's use of the pants is surprising given her bottom-flashing in her TV show last week, when she stripped down to a revealing outfit to play a Parisian showgirl.
While Holden may be embarrassed to realise they were showing, she's made no secret of her love for control pants.
She said last year: 'On fat days, I wear Spanx. When I'm working I wear Spanx control knickers to smooth things out.'
The Spanx range of body forming stockings and control pants, which sell for between £20 and £50, hold in the bottom, thighs and stomach, are virtually undetectable.
Spanx, invented by American entrepreneur Sara Blakely, promise to 'flatter your figure from top to bottom'.
Other celebrity fans of Spanx include Beyonce Knowles, Tori Spelling, Girls Aloud, Tyra Banks, Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, Katie Holmes and Jessica Alba.
And flashing her control pants weren't Holden's only wardrobe malfunction this week, yesterday her perfectly coiffed haircut was ruined by the strong winds as she posed for a photocall in London.
The Britain's Got Talent judge was helping friend Gina Hemmings open her new health and beauty salon in Kew, south west London, when she was got caught out by the weather.
Dressed in a dark grey jersey dress, light grey cardigan and knee-high boots, Holden looked well-groomed as he posed alongside a tree outside Hemmings' new business.
As the pair smiled and quaffed Buck's Fizz champagne cocktails, they were unprepared to the strong gust of wind which sent their blonde hair vertical.
But Holden quickly adjusted her messy hair and was back to looking neat again in time for cutting the ribbon at the entrance of the salon.
Speaking at the launch yesterday, the 38-year-old admitted she and her fellow BGT judges Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan had been disappointed with the 'talent' at the Cardiff auditions last week.
She said: 'We've had some really fun days for all the wrong reasons. We've just had a couple of dodgy days in Cardiff. It can only get better.'
While Holden is hoping to find some talented people on the show, she said the judges aren't expecting to discover a new Susan Boyle, who has tasted phenomenal success since becoming the runner-up last year.
She explained: 'I think with Susan Boyle you have to realise it will never be repeated in history again - not for the next 20 years anyway.
'You have to keep that as a moment of history and then just get on with the rest of the show and not look back. But everyone obviously has higher expectations because of her.
'People now know that it's not just about winning £100,000 and being on the Royal Variety show, it's about potentially going global. It has changed the whole idea of the show.'
Meanwhile, Holden showed off her newly-acquired stuntwoman skills on her ITV show Amanda Holden's Fantasy Lives last night.
Holden mastered 180 degree handbreak turns and jumped from a 30foot building wearing a harness during the hour long show.
Unfortunately, the programme hasn't been such a hit with audiences as ITV expected.
Last week's episode - the first in the series - received 2.48million viewers.

Rebecca Loos completes her transformation from glamour girl to sensible mother
When Rebecca Loos announced her first pregnancy she declared 'my crazy days are over'.
And it seems David Beckham's former PA wasn't joking.
Now in Norway with Sven Christjar Skaiaa, the doctor father of her baby son Magnus, her once party-filled lifestyle is a distant memory.
Dressed in a emerald green padded jacket, blue knitted bobble hat and jeans, Madrid-born Rebecca looked as if she was feeling the cold.
With a grimace on her face she pushed her young son around the shops on Sandvika, near Oslo.
After breakfast in a small bakery they headed to a bookshop, where Rebecca looked at a few children's books, before nipping into the pet shop to choose a small dog jacket. She then visited a boot shop and tried a few pairs on.
It will come as little surprise to learn that Rebecca, 32, now intends to move with her boyfriend to the deciedly warmer Madrid.
She hit the headlines when she claimed to have had a four-month fling with Beckham while working as his personal assistant after he moved to Real Madrid in 2003.
He has always denied it but that didn't stop Loos from becoming a celebrity, which she managed to cash in on quite lucratively.
She became a staple of the red-top tabloids and, after boosting her assets, lads' mags as she built an estimated fortune of £1million.
Her raunchiest effort was a nude shoot for the Dutch edition of Playboy before turning her hand to reality TV, the lowest point of which must have been her stint on Celebrity Love Island, on which she sparked up a relationship with Calum Best.
She dated presenter Emma Basden, and later 'married' American fashion model Jenny Shimizu, an ex-lover of Angelina Jolie, for a lesbian TV show to protest against America's laws on gay marriage.
But all that changed when she met Sven and baby Magnus was born last July in Oslo. Rebecca said then: ' We are home and enjoying every minute if this new little person in our lives.'
With the long winter nights up near the Arctic Circle, it must all seem a very long way from her jetset clubbing days in the sun.

Interview with Nayanthara
Recently the films Aadhavan (Tamil), Body Guard (Malayalam) and Adurs (Telugu) were great hits. What have you got to say about this?
I am very happy. If a film does not do well, I will be upset. If a film is a hit, the joyfulness will be overwhelming. After 4 ½ years I have acted in the Malayalam film Body Guard.
The story was good. This film was also a great success. In the similar way Aadhavan is also a hit film which had good storyline. My first Telugu film Lakshmi was directed by Vinayak. This film was also a hit. Now the film Adurs was also directed by Vinayak. This was also a great success. I am really happy about it.
What are your forthcoming projects?
Currently I am pairing with Aarya in the Tamil film Boss Engira Baskaran. In Telugu I am pairing with Balakrishnan in a film. In Malayalam, I am acting in a film directed by Shyam Prasad and in Kannada I am pairing with Upendra.
Do you know Kannada?
Though I was born in Bangalore, I cannot speak Kannada. But I can understand if others speak.
Have your goal in the film industry has been achieved?
I made my entry into cinema on 1st December 2003. Normally who come to cinema field will come with an ambition that they should get name and fame. They will come with the dream of getting star status. But I came to cinema without such ambitions. I thought I will act in one film and come out. But after coming into the field I became so involved. I got the name and fame which I never expected. I have no particular ambition. I should get food films. I want to retain the name and fame. That’s all.
How is life going on?
Fine
Your colleagues Meena, Ramba and Navya Nair have got married. When is your marriage?
I don’t know when my marriage will take place. But it will take place at the appropriate time. For everything time should come.
Whether your marriage will be love or arranged one?
I don’t know. But one thing is for sure. It will happen with the approval of my parents. But I don’t know that who will be marrying me.
What have you got to say about the rumors linking you with Prabhu Deva?
In recent times you are wearing nose ring? What is the specialty?
I felt like wearing it so I am wearing it. There is no other reason.
Whom would you prefer to act?
I am not particular about that hero or this hero. I am happy to act with everyone. So far I have not paired with Kamal Hassan. If I get the chance I will definitely act with him.
There is news that you will be dancing with Prabhu Deva in the Chief Minister’s function to be held on 6th of this month?
I will definitely participate in the Chief Minister’s felicitation function. But about my dance, it is yet to be finalized.
How will Nayanthara be after 20 years?
God alone knows about it. How can I forecast about it. I am not God. I am an ordinary person
Are your parents and brother are happy?
I am keeping my parents happy. My brother is in Dubai. We converse on phone once in two days. I consult my brother in any matter. My brother never advice me that I should be like this or like that. In the similar way I also don’t advice him.
Is Pamela Anderson losing her pulling power?... Just 20 people turn up to the launch of new fashion range
With a new fashion line to plug, Pamela Anderson was hoping to get as much publicity as possible.
But despite showcasing the designs herself in the tiniest of little black dresses in a chic Miami nightclub, her fashion show failed to bring in the crowds last night.
The former Baywatch star, 41, was left red-faced when only 20 people were there to greet her as she turned up to the Play venue to watch her A*Muse fashion show.
'She didn’t have anything bad to say about him and described him as a "sweet guy" and that she hoped they would remain friends.'
Anderson and Padgett started dating last year after meeting at Malibu's Cove Trailer Park, where the star moved after building work forced her out of her home.
But after three failed marriages behind her, it's unlikely Anderson will be moping about after the split.
In a recent interview, she admitted she's made some mistakes, but would keep on trying.
She told Marie Claire: 'I've had lots of things that didn't work out, like TV shows. You learn a lot through mistakes - I learned that you have to be the captain of your ship. Actually, I own my ship.
'People always tell me, "Reinvent yourself, re-this, re-whatever." I haven't reinvented myself.
'It's an honest evolution. I've always been authentic. Except for the boobs.'

Anderson arrived wearing a black mini-dress with plunging neckline and asymmetrical hemline.
The $25-a-head event had been advertised as a club night and fashion show co-hosted by Anderson and her designer pal Richie Rich.
Fans willing to pay between $20,000 and $50,000 for the 'Penthouse package' hire of the VIP Penthouse Room at the club were offered the chance to party with Anderson after the show.
The disappointing turnout marked the latest event in Anderson and Rich's nightclub tour of the U.S., promoting their A*Muse line.

Anderson has thrown herself behind the project after splitting from electrician boyfriend Jamie Padgett a few weeks ago. The couple had dated for just over a year.

I am not following Aishwarya: Vivek
With Vivek Oberoi turning up uninvited at every occasion where his ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai is present, many people have started to believe that he is stalking Aishwarya, however Vivek begs to differ.
Vivek Oberoi was seen getting close to Bachchan parivar at the Police Awards, then he gatecrashed SRK’s party making Bachchan’s uncomfortable and recently at Rann’s premiere he landed uninvited.
Talking about the turn of events, Vivek says, “Suddenly I’m a stalker one day and one day I’m a gatecrasher. Mela laga hua hai kya (Is it a fair of controversies)? Will anybody say anything and walk away? What nonsense is this? It’s very irresponsible and I completely disapprove of it. It’s rubbish. If there was an element of truth in this, I can understand. But this is nonsense.”
“Shah Rukh and Gauri have been exceptionally kind to me, they are lovely people. It’s not like I haven’t been to their place before. I have been to their place for their events, their parties – and suddenly I become a gatecrasher? From where? Does anybody do that? I won’t go to my relatives house without an invite.”
Talking about the Rann premiere fiasco, he says, “Yesterday I came out of the premiere of ‘Rann’ and I was asked a silly question – ‘Why weren’t you sitting in the same auditorium?’. How do I answer that? Do I have to go search for them in each auditorium and then sit accordingly? It’s ridiculous. And if I was inside the same auditorium as theirs, then people would say ‘You’re stalking them’.”
Vivek asks media to mind their own business as Ash is happy in her own life, he says, “They are all happy with their own lives. I am doing great work by god’s grace, my personal life is very happy, I have got a great life and wonderful friends. They (Abhishek and Aishwarya) are married, they are really happy, doing really well and they are wonderful, civil to me as I am to them and there is no problem. It is irritating that people just keep bringing it up.”
Jack Nicholson's daughter gets big acting break as friend of teenage surfer who lost her arm in shark attack
Jack Nicholson's daughter is following in his footsteps with a big screen appearance in a biopic about surfer Bethany Hamilton, who lost her arm in a shark attack.
Budding actress Lorraine, 19, was spotted filming scenes in a bikini in Hawaii yesterday as shooting began for the new film, Soul Surfer.
She plays best friend Alana Blanchard, who was with Hamilton on the day a 14ft tiger shark ripped her left arm off at her local beach in Kauai.
Hamilton, who was just 13 at the time, will be played by rising Hollywood star Anna Sophia Robb while Sean Brosnan, actor Pierce Brosnan's son, will play her brother Noah.
Just three weeks after the incident, Hamilton returned to the water and went surfing again.
Now 19, Hamilton decided she will step in to film some post-attack surfing and stunt scenes in the move
'They wanted a one-armed person doing it and that's not easy to find,' says Hamilton, who competed in the Billabong world junior surfing championships in Sydney last month.
'I'm excited about the role.
'But it will be intense seeing people playing my family and me.'
It is Lorraine's biggest film role to date - she has made previous bit-part appearances in films including Click and The Princess Diaries 2.
She also made a blink-and-you'll-miss it turn in her father's huge 2003 hit Something's Gotta Give.
