We have just got to know the reason behind Karthi saying a ‘no’ to K V Anand’s next. Sources say that Karthi who was not happy about K V Anand’s script was awed by the screenplay of ‘Vada Chennai’ narrated by director Vettrimaran.
The actor had immediately assured the director that he is ready to commit himself with Vettrimaran for ‘Vada Chennai’ after finishing ‘Naan Mahan Alla’. The actor had also told that he is interested to produce this film under his home banner Studio Green. Unfortunately, Vettrimaran had already handed over the film to producer Durai Dhayanidhi.
While the arrangements for the film are going on, the makers have approached our Andhra Mirchi Anushka for the female lead. Reason- According to the script, the heroine is a Marwari girl.
